Warranties are a tricky business. Be careful! All shingle manufacturers offer them. It’s really the way that they as the manufacturer attempt to add value to their products and compete in the industry along side of other manufacturers. Truthfully, it’s almost all about competition - about dollars and cents, not necessarily about a good product or even a solid product warranty. Extreme Weather Roofing won't play the warranty game - and we’ll let you know that right from the start. All roofing material comes with a stated (and sometimes even "industry standard") warranty, though they all have their fine print, conditions, and limitations. That is frustrating. It's why we don’t feel comfortable purchasing and installing most of the products on the market - and it’s also why you, the homeowner, shouldn’t feel comfortable installing them on your home. We want to stand behind the kind of companies that we aspire to be like - the ones who know they offer a quality product and who stand behind what they make.

Similarily, all Roofing Contractors offer labour, or workmanship warranties. Their warranties are designed to give you some level of comfort. A typical roofing warranty would be 5 years or even 10 years on workmanship only. But in an industry with sub-par warranties and too many limitations to count - we want to offer you something more. Something better.

So when you buy a roof from us, though we can't add to the manufacturers warranty, we give you a lifetime warranaty on everything we do. It's our LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. What we're saying by offering this is that for the life of the shingle, synthetic shake or Concrete Tile that we install, you are 100% protected against things like improper installation and subsequent premature wear of the roofing product due to improper installation. Extreme Weather Roofing will assume the responsibility of such and will stand by you by offering repair or replacement for the life of your roof.

Our warranty is fully transferable, so if in the future you ever decide to sell your home. You won't find better warranty coverage to offer the new home owner. You won't find a more dedicated roofing company. You won't find a more solid working relationship. Let us prove it to you.

This is how we protect what matters most to you. In addition to this, we are up to date and in good standing with the WCB (Workers Compensation Board) and more than satisfy their requirements of residential steep sloped roofing contractors.
